Founder of Urban Savage

Michelle Kluz is the Founder of Urban Savage, a luxury activewear line that is anything but average. Her background in fitness is well-entrenched: From winning the Presidential Physical Fitness award every year in grade school to qualifying for the Boston Marathon in her first marathon ever to serving as the CEO of Pure Barre, Michelle knows a thing or two about needing high quality gear that performs across a variety of active endeavors. But performance is table-stakes: While Michelle and her team personally wear test every style and only use the most luxurious technical fabrics, she designed Urban Savage to be as much about fashion as it is performance.

Michelle also draws on her deep fashion and retail background with Urban Savage: She served as the CEO of BBRC, a $1B fashion and home goods retail conglomerate based in Sydney, Australia, the interim CMO at Avenue, and Principal in the Retail and Luxury Goods practice at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG). And while Michelle might be happiest in a pair of running sneakers, she's no stranger to rocking her Urban Savage for a night on the town in 4 inch heels.
